| Terms and Conditions: |
1. The person booking the holiday must be 25 years old or Over and must be one of the occupant during the holiday.
2. Provisional bookings made via telephone, post or e-mail will remain firm for a period of 5 days until such time a £50 / weeks stay deposit must be received by us. The deposit is non-refundable in the event of cancellation. 3. In the event of the caravan becoming unfit for hire due to accident, damage, or circumstances beyond the owners control a booking may be terminated by the owner. In the unlikely event that this happens, all monies received will be refunded. The owner will not be liable for any compensation under these circumstances. 4. We must receive any outstanding balance of payment no later than 28 days prior to the commencement of the holiday. We reserve the right to cancel your booking if full payment is not made at this time. 5. A further security deposit of £50 is required and will be added to the total cost of your holiday, to cover any damage or breakages. Any damage or breakages must be reported immediately either by contacting us or informing our local caretaker (the caretakers details will be displayed clearly in the caravan should you need their assistance during your stay). The security deposit will be refunded to you by cheque 1 week after your holiday ends, provided no damage or breakages are found or reported to us by our caretaker’s and the caravan is left clean and tidy. The cost of any damages or extra cleaning will be deducted from the security deposit. All damages must be reported and paid for. If you notice something damaged on your arrival please report it to the owner. 6. Deposits are not refundable. Should a cancellation be made prior to payment of the full balance, only the deposit of £50 / week stay will be forfeited. If a cancellation is made after the full balance has been paid, 50% of the total hire charge will be payable. If less than 7 days notice of cancellation is received, then the total hire charge will be payable. This policy remains entirely at the discretion of the owner. 7. Check in time is 3.00pm and Departure time is 10.00am. 8. Sorry, no pets are allowed. 9. No Smoking is allowed in Caravan, smoking is permitted on the outside decking area. Please discard your cigarettes carefully. 10. Refuse or litter must be disposed of in the designated area, which is situated behind the park office, approximately 50 meters from the caravan. 11. No single sex groups allowed. 12. The area surrounding the caravan must be kept clean and tidy at all times. 13. Clothes are to be dried on the airers provided and at no time are they to be dried over heaters and clotheslines are not to be erected between caravans. 14. Ball games are to be played in designated areas and not between caravans. 15. No Bicycles are allowed inside the caravan at any time. 16. The use of barbecues is not permitted on the decking. 17. Cars must not be parked on the grassy area in front of the caravan; a maximum of two cars may be parked next to the caravan. 18. Please remove all dirty footwear on entering the caravan. 19. Last minute bookings of 10 working days or less cannot be accepted unless payment is made using Paypal, Bankers Cheque, Telegraphic Transfer or cash , due to administration restrictions. Payment must be received in time for us to send the booking confirmation needed to obtain the keys, e.g. at least 2 working days prior to arrival date. 20. A MAXIMUM of 6 people including infants are allowed per holiday booking, due to insurance restrictions. Any parties found to be exceeding this at any time, will be asked to vacate the caravan immediately. No monies will be refunded. 21. The maximum hire period permitted is 28 days. 22. Park speed limits must not be exceeded. 23. Please keep noise to a minimum and show consideration to other caravan owners and occupiers at all times. 25. No motorcycles or jet skis are allowed on the park without the express written permission of the park manager, this must be obtained via us, please notify us as soon as possible. 26. Sheets, pillowcases are provided, duvet and duvet covers bath towels, hand towels, dish clothes and other linen items are not provided. We replace all pillows and sheets as often as is necessary, please do not use without bedding. 27. All potential occupants must adhere to park rules & regulations. A copy of the rules and regulations governing Gimblet Rock Holiday Park can be obtained upon request. |
